Lightweight Roofing Solutions Limited carries our repairs maintenance and replacements of conservatory roof and other related products to consumers. We pass details of any new installations to FENSA Ltd who register the work with each Local Authority as appropriate. The FENSA registration and Insurance Backed Guarantee processes are necessary and required for compliance purposes following the installation of some of our products.

Any information provided to us in relation to an order for services or products will be kept for us to complete all works we are contracted to complete and will be kept on file for the guarantee period of the contract, which will not exceed a period of 10 years under our Legitimate Interest.

At the end of the retention period, your data will either be electronically deleted and all paper records will be destroyed compliantly.

YOUR RIGHTS

These rights will only apply in certain circumstances. They will generally not be available if there are outstanding contracts between us, if we are required by law to keep the information or if the information is relevant to a legal dispute.
